The day’s programme is scheduled as follows:

Members willing to attend please note:
Only those members, whose subscriptions for the year 2009-10 have been paid in full will be eligible to attend the AGM and vote.
Members are also requested to pay their annual subscription for 2010-11 (which is currently $15 for single members or $25 per family).
Please confirm your attendance to the General Secretary so as to enable us to make proper catering arrangements.
All concerned are advised to be punctual so that the entire programme can be carried out as planned. Please remember that the meeting cannot commence until a quorum is reached. Please note that is the only official notice of the AGM. No notices will be sent by post.
